Buenos Aires, November 19 (NA) -- During one of the fun and relaxed interviews conducted by former Pumas player Agustín Creevy for his YouTube channel, racing driver Nicolás Varrone revealed a funny and disgusting situation at the same time: once, he had to urinate on top of the car.
"We were winning Le Mans," the driver began to recall. According to the Argentine News Agency, he stated that a lap after getting into the car to start his turn, he began to feel stomach discomfort, until he realized he needed to urinate.
At that moment, the winner of the 24 hours of the aforementioned French circuit in 2023, driving a Chevrolet Corvette in the GTE Am class, assured that he tried to "relax and breathe" until he entered a straight.
"Now," commented the man born in Escobar, referring to the fact that he was able to relieve himself, causing laughter from his interviewer, a Puma from 2005 to 2024 and with over 100 matches for the Argentine national team, who ended the anecdote with the hilarious phrase "one doesn't deny a pee to anyone."
Current Proton Competition driver in the World Endurance Championship, Nicolás Varrone signed a contract to debut in Formula 2 next year, at the wheel of the Van Amersfoort Racing team.
The Dutch team already had the affection of Argentine followers in 2022, as it was the first to trust Franco Colapinto, current Alpine driver in F1, when he was debuting in Formula 3.
